Job Description
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies alongside the Hiring Managers.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a talent acquisition role, primarily within corporate recruiting
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior knowledge of ATS experience is a requirement, within Greenhouse is a plus
