Ops Engineer

The Ops Engineer will manage incidents and problems tickets, perform code-level investigation, and provide 3rd line support to production incidents/problems. Responsibilities include gathering data, troubleshooting, and triaging application issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
• Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure Services
• Experience in the development/support of bank/financial applications/systems
• Experience/knowledge in using Azure DevOps or other Source Code Management and/or Continuous Integration and Delivery tools
• Experience in relational database
• Familiarity with network protocols
• Good knowledge on n-tier web applications
