Team Head 1

Team Head 1 is responsible for driving existing sales teams to meet sales targets, formulating branch sales strategies, and coordinating with support units. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, validating credit recommendations, and implementing training and recognition programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• At least 2 years experience in handling a team and selling bank products.
• Good people management, selling, training and communication skills.
• Adequate credit knowledge, people and leadership abilities.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.
