BDO is seeking a Director, Transaction Advisory Services - Healthcare Financial Due Diligence to lead client engagement teams and support the delivery of national service strategy. The role involves leading projects, developing new business, managing staff, and providing performance feedback. It requires excellent leadership, technical skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, required
• At least eight (8) years of prior financial statement related professional services experience
• 5-8 years of experience in a dedicated TAS environment
• CPA license preferred
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
