BDO is seeking a Tax Experienced Senior, Private Client Services (PCS) to provide tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth clients. This role involves working directly with clients, understanding complex tax regulations, and contributing to team operations and client relationships. The firm focuses on estate, income, gift, trust, and compensation tax.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, or related field and CPA certification.
- Master’s degree in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience.
- Prior basic supervisory experience, preferred.
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with tax compliance process software (GoSystems, BNA Tax Planner, GoFileRoom, SurePrep), preferred.
- Experience with tax research tools (BNA Portfolio, CCH IntelliConnect, Checkpoint and Lexis Nexis), preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
