Support material planning and material coordination for a project, providing work process and systems expertise, and coordinating between functions and parties to ensure material availability, accuracy, and timeliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Field Engineering disciplines, work processes, and deliverables
- Experience with Scheduling of deliveries through OTR (or similar automation tool) and managing logistics for all site deliveries
- Knowledge of vendor, fabricator, contractor, Customer and how outside data systems interact with procurement automation tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with work packaging, pre-buy methodology, and materials status reporting
- Basic skill in working with and communicating effectively with supervisors of other project functional groups
