Beckhoff Automation is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth, build customer relationships, and deliver innovative automation solutions in the Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky area. The role requires a high-impact individual with technical expertise and commercial acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field; or a Business degree with relevant automation industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in technical solution sales, preferably within industrial automation.
- Experience selling automation solutions to Material Handling and Intralogistics OEMS is a plus.
- Comfort and experience in making new connections and prospecting.
- Strong understanding of automation hardware and software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of a customer organization.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales or industry-related role required.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
