Associate Manager, Commercial Operations & Analytics

Beghou is seeking an Associate Manager to lead and develop client proposals, focus on methodological soundness, and drive client engagement. This role involves leveraging coding skills to enhance reporting and data processes, managing project progress, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, analytical thinker, and data-driven professional.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills.
