Job Description
Beghou is seeking a Software QA Manager to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and strong hands-on experience with Selenium, performance testing tools, and automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs/masterâs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 15â20 years of QA experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, performance testing tools, and automation frameworks
- Deep understanding of agile software development, DevOps tools, and ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Proven experience in managing QA for cloud platforms and enterprise-scale applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
