Software QA Manager

Beghou is seeking a Software QA Manager to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and strong hands-on experience with Selenium, performance testing tools, and automation frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 15–20 years of QA experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, performance testing tools, and automation frameworks
• Deep understanding of agile software development, DevOps tools, and ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Proven experience in managing QA for cloud platforms and enterprise-scale applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
