Nursing diploma and Minnesota license required, previous experience in long term care helpful

Current RN licensure, leadership and communication skills, infection control knowledge, and Excel management skills required

Excellent verbal and written skills, knowledge of MS Office, and valid drivers license required

Good communication skills, ability to read and write in English, and organizational skills are required

Current certification as a Registered Nursing Assistant and excellent communication skills required

Current RN license, completion of Train the Trainer course, prior nursing experience in long-term care

High school diploma, valid drivers license, excellent communication skills

High school degree, completion of accredited nursing assistant training program, and current MN Nursing Assistant Registry in good standing

Experience with elder/senior and post-acute populations, training in aromatherapy and other modalities, ability to work independently and build trust with residents and staff
