Senior Director, GCO Franchise Head

The Senior Director, GCO Franchise Head, is a senior leadership position responsible for strategic operational planning and clinical operational performance in the Breast and Women's Cancers Franchise. The role leads and manages a team of Global Clinical Program Lead (GCPL)/Global Clinical Study Manager (gCSM) and is accountable for building, developing, and retaining the global team.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• 12+ years' experience in clinical trial industry
• Both Project and Program management experience across the entire lifecycle of multi-region/country clinical trials
• 3+ years of leadership and people management experience
• Experience in Breast and Women's cancers preferred
