Job Description
McCormick is seeking a Senior Director of Global Procurement to develop and lead a team focused on strategic sourcing across Ingredients, Packaging, and External Manufacturing. This role will drive value for McCormick through category management, supplier relationship management, budget/market analysis, and budget/market/risk analysis. The role requires a visionary leader to optimize and protect the supply chain, ensuring a competitive position for the company in a fast-paced global environment. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of continued growth in relevant food/consumer packaged goods company.
- 10+ years in Direct Procurement and Category leadership roles.
- Experience establishing and implementing complex sourcing strategies.
- Good understanding of end to end supply management processes.
