Requirements
- University degree
- 5+ years post qualification experience in an SSC/GBS environment
- Strong GL skills and experience
- Experience in leading change processes and identifying key risks and controls
- Strong process excellence, continuous improvement and customer service mindset
- Strong data analyst skills
- Ability to work well with deadlines and effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands
- Strong experience within SAP environment and automation / digitalization
- Fluent in English and preferably additional language
- Willingness to travel occasionally
