Belden is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to support manufacturing operations at the Carson Plant. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and their application in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
