Job Description
Belfast Community Co-op is seeking a Bakery Clerk for the primary responsibility of fulfilling bakery production needs and executing production cook responsibilities. This is a full-time, 30+ hour weekly position with an early morning availability. The role involves prepping, packaging, and maintaining quality while working with a rotating seasonal recipe list.
Requirements
- Execute morning bake and clean/stock bakery case.
- Mix, portion, bake, pack, and package cookie, muffin, and scone doughs.
- Ensure product ingredients meet department standards.
- Complete daily production list.
- Contribute on various stations.
