Requirements
- Analyzes data to identify and monitor ESG risks
- Collaborates with the Risk Teams to deploy cross-functional initiatives
- Organizes information sessions for the Risk Department
- Supports the development and deployment of Belfius Insurance's global strategy
- Takes initiatives to raise awareness of risk areas within business lines
- Supports the organization of high-level committees within the organization
- Remains informed about emerging technologies and trends in risk methodology, governance structures, and AI
- Manages the administrative activities of the Risk Department
