2nd Shift Dry Blend Operator

We are seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious 2nd Shift Dry Blend Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing dry blend flavors in blenders safely and in accordance with GMP rules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend English-language instructions, labels, reports, training materials, and posted safety information
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of compounding, extractions, distillations, homogenization, mixing, and filtration
• Understanding of the filling and packaging process, including dangerous goods packaging groups for DOT (49 CFR), IATA, and IMDG
• Ability to expedite orders through shipping and perform basic equipment maintenance
• Capability to present information effectively in small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees
• Experience with writing, understanding, and revising SOPs, SSOPs, and job-specific work instructions
• Strong time management skills
• Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25–50 pounds
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and potentially hazardous chemicals
