Sales Support Coordinator

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will assist in various sales processes, including quoting, customer communication, and system navigation, while fostering long-term relationships with customers and ensuring smooth operations. This role has the ability to work a hybrid schedule from our New Brighton, MN location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in sales support or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of forestry and manufacturing processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• HubSpot experience a plus
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle stressful workloads gracefully
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with employees at all levels, ability to build rapport
