Maitre, Season 2026 - Splendido Mare, a Belmond Hotel Portofino

We are looking for a Maitre to join our team at Splendido Mare, a Belmond Hotel in Portofino, Italy. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges, providing authentic and luxury experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in the luxury hotel industry
• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is desirable
• Experience preferably at an international level in a fine dining restaurant required
