The Hotel Cipriani, Belmond Hotel, Venice pastry kitchen is seeking a Head Pastry Chef who will join the team to continue to delight guests with sweet surprises and exhilarating pastries.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Head Pastry Chef in hotel or large restaurant pastry kitchens
• Knowledge in food hygiene and ability to respect health and safety standards in the kitchen
• Ability to manage priorities and stress, especially during service time
• Good communication skills and knowledge of Italian
