Job Description
We are seeking a Household Catering Lead to oversee the household catering service, developing recipes, ensuring health, safety, and food hygiene procedures are followed, and delivering high-quality meals to our residents. You will have a passion for food, creativity, and commitment to delivering high standards, with a desire to train and develop your team.
Requirements
- Report to and work with the Bistro and Catering Manager (BCM)
- Develop recipes to meet the dietary requirements of residents
- Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene procedures are followed
- Monitor service standards in household kitchens
- Train and develop team members
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines
