Requirements
- 6 years of diverse and progressive land development experience
- Licensed PE in the state of NC
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience working with public agencies, private entities, and/or municipalities
- Progressive experience with developing plans specifications
- Strong communication and client relation skills
- Organizational skills and ability to follow design budgets
