Role Overview

Join Benjamin Moore as a Warehouse Associate I in Milford, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards for product quality and service, while ensuring a safe and clean work environment. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, operating material handling equipment and performing various tasks to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include following safety guidelines and rules, maintaining quality and cleanliness of the work area and equipment, and communicating with supervisors to improve job efficiencies. You will also be proficient in operating material handling equipment, picking customer orders, assembling customer orders, and loading delivery vehicles.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a team environment and the willingness to be cross functional
• Ability to operate all facility MHE to include: pallet rider, order picker, fork truck, reach truck, or dock stocker
• Attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness
• Basic math skills, ie: addition/subtraction/multiplication
• Ability to work safely and follow SOP’s
• Lifts 60 lbs. regularly throughout shift and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
• Ability to use computer systems & programs
