We are seeking a senior consultant to work on strategic projects for government leaders and managers in the social domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational design and development, and be passionate about helping communities and organizations make strategic choices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development
• Strong knowledge of the social domain and the municipal world
• Entrepreneurial and commercial, with a strong network that you actively maintain
• Affinity with digitalization and data-driven work
• Visible and able to position yourself as a strong advisor
• Willing to work with colleagues to develop innovative solutions
• Think big and act fast

• An attractive salary between €4,938 and €8,133 per month, depending on experience
• A representation allowance of €3,000 per year, net, to support your work
