Certified Nursing Assistant (Berks Heim Nursing & Rehabilitation)

The County of Berks is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care under the direction of a charge nurse. This role involves assisting residents with physical and psychosocial needs, providing personal care, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. The CNA will work with respect, utilize standard precautions, and respond to alerts promptly.

Requirements

• Completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant training and evaluation program.
• Must be a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Must have a Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) check without prohibitive offenses.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
