Job Description
This position is for a Sergeant (Custody - Jail Systems) responsible for supervising correctional staff, maintaining physical security within a jail environment, and ensuring safe operations. The role involves overseeing 40+ correctional officers and supervises inmates. This is a supervisory position reporting to a supervisor and requires significant responsibility and physical demands.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate from an accredited agency + 1-year Technical School/College.
- 1-year experience as a correctional officer.
- Valid PA driver’s license.
