Job description
We are a family-owned real estate company seeking an engaged and independent personality to manage our real estate portfolio in the Zurich area. The role involves commercial and technical management of properties, negotiation of rental agreements, and coordination with various stakeholders.
You will be responsible for independent commercial and technical management of properties, including budget creation, investment planning, maintenance, and repairs. You will also negotiate rental agreements, coordinate with owners and tenants, and monitor technical equipment and maintenance work.
