Job Description
The Parts Counterperson at BERT OGDEN is responsible for assisting customers with selecting parts for their vehicles, ensuring correct parts are available, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They assist sales reps, and assist service technicians, and are expected to provide excellent customer service to the entire dealership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in an automotive parts dept.
- One year of sales experience.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
