Job Description
Join Our Team as a Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) to support adult females in a dynamic rural outpatient program in Madras, Oregon. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Provides recovery coaching to people involved with BestCare Treatment Services
- Makes regular telephone contact with clients
- Provides client transportation (when approved by supervisor)
- Helps monitor and stay connected to clients who are in residential (and detox) to help with reengagement upon discharge
- Assists with case management services, referrals, and support groups
