Doctor/Osteopathic degree & current Oregon license. Board certification in Psychiatry/PA & PMHNP req. 3+ yrs managerial/supervisory experience & DEA registration. Current BLS/CPR certification or enrollment
SUD Counselor - Latino Services
High school diploma or equivalent required. CADC-I or CADC-R certification with 2 years recovery (CS-3) required. Must maintain a valid Oregon driver's license and be insurable. Bilingualism in English/Spanish is a plus
Residential Associate - Latino Services
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a current CPR/First Aid certification or commitment to obtain within 6 weeks of hire. Must maintain a valid Oregon driver's license
Recovery Mentor
HS Diploma required, and current recovery mentor certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Valid driver’s license and 1 year sobriety is needed
Recovery Mentor - Community Engagement Team
High school diploma or equivalent, current recovery experience (2+ years), and a valid Oregon Driver's License required. CRM-I or PSS/THW certification a plus
Nurse - Nights Oncall
LPN or RN diploma, current OR licensure as LPN or RN, & experience working with addiction/mental health. Must be insurable with valid driver's license
SUD Counselor - Jefferson County
High school diploma or equivalent. CADC I or CADC-R license/certification. Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license. 2+ years of recovery (CADC-R) may be substituted
Recovery Mentor - Outpatient
High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years recovery experience; current CRM-I certification; valid driver's license and 21+
Mental Health Intern - Adult Team Crook
Master's in social work/psychology/counseling. QMHA-I certification required. Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain). Commitment to internship duration
