Residential Associate - Latino Services

The Residential Associate (certified or uncertified) provides support and advocacy for excellent patient care at the assigned residential program. Responsibilities include providing support to clients and staff, maintaining cleanliness, documenting accurately, and ensuring safety. The associate also provides transportation and participates in program meetings and training.

Requirements

• Works closely with treatment team members.
• Maintains medication and work areas.
• Ensures client safety and follows HIPAA.
• Maintains accurate and confidential documentation.
• Attends required meetings and completes assigned training.
• Performs other organizational duties as assigned.
