Clinical Supervisor - Latino Services

The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight and direction for clinical operations, ensuring quality service, clinical compliance, and upholding BestCare's mission and vision. This role involves providing supervision to program staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive team environment. The position requires collaboration with program staff, community partners, and clients to support recovery-based and trauma-informed practices.

Requirements

• Provides effective clinical supervision of SUD program staff.
• Provides quality assurance, data collection, and program evaluation.
• Understands and can incorporate a strong harm-reduction approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and other virtual mtg platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
