Residential Associate - Redmond Residential

The Residential Associate (certified or uncertified) supports clients and staff at a residential program, providing care and advocacy for excellent patient care within the residency program. This role involves client intake, maintaining a treatment milieu, ensuring client safety, documenting patient information, and assisting with appointments. The position also supports organizational goals and adheres to relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Complete initial intakes.
• Maintains cleanliness and conducts other cleaning duties.
• Ensures the safety of clients by checking for resident locations.
• Maintains accurate documentation in EMR files.
• Assists with transportation to medical appointments.
• Attends staff meetings and offers recovery-appropriate behavior.
• Maintains personal recovery program and models recovery-appropriate behavior.
• Performs other organizational duties as assigned.
• Attends required program/staff meetings and completes assigned training.
