Job Description
The Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) provides support and directs services to people from various Recovery Programs. This role involves providing coaching, transportation, referrals, and facilitating group activities to help individuals recover from addiction and seek long-term recovery. The CRM will also serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and community resources.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Certification for Recovery Mentor from the state licensing body (or eligibility to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid Oregon Driver's License or ability to obtain within 2 years
- Ongoing sobriety maintained for one year (temporary reduction allowed)
- Must pass a required skills and health assessment
