Job Description
This position is for Recovery Mentors who provide support to clients experiencing recovery, focusing on engagement in treatment programs, case management, and referral coordination. Mentors work closely with supervisors to deliver education and support components of the recovery program. They're not counselors, but provide a crucial link between clients, clinicians, and relevant resources.
Requirements
- Participates in recovery coaching, making calls and providing support to clients.
- Provides transportation for clients to treatment or appointments.
- Helps clients develop and connect to non-using recovery activities.
- Maintains case notes and adheres to compliance policies.
- Completes required training and certifications.
