Job Description
This is a night-shift position for a Nurse I or II at our Klamath Falls location, focusing on providing medical detoxification and stabilization services for detox and residential clients. Responsibilities include medication management, patient vitals, care coordination with primary care providers, and advocacy for patient care. The position requires a team-oriented approach and commitment to best nursing practices.
Requirements
- Current Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma for Nurse I or Associates RN degree for Nurse II
- Experience working with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders
- Current Oregon License as Practical Nurse (LPN) for Nurse I or RN for Nurse II
- Register Nurse (RN) license for Nurse II, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Nurse I
- Maintaining a valid Oregon Driver License or ability to obtain one
- Insurable under organization’s auto liability coverage
