Postdoctoral Scientist

Postdoctoral Scientist position available at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. The successful candidate will pursue advanced studies beyond the doctoral level in preparation for an independent career. The position involves pursuing research under the supervision of a principle investigator, developing skills for independent work, and contributing to the investigational work of the team.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree or M.D. required.
• 0-1 years of relative experience required.
• Postdoctoral research experience in academic or industrial lab setting
• Teaching assistantship in a university setting, and/or residency, and/or clinical duties beyond that of the qualifying doctoral degree.
• Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
• Prior experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing scientific literature.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal, organizational, writing, and project management skills; strong organizational and data management skills.
• Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.
