Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is seeking a Barista to join their team. The ideal candidate is gregarious, hospitable, accommodating, competitive, energetic, and available to work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. In addition to a competitive base pay of $15.00 per hour, the role offers opportunities for growth and development, dedicated training, paid sick time, and a fun, high-energy environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and able to work 22 hours each week
