Medical Provider - New Hampshire

Better Life Partners is seeking a Medical Provider (NP, PA) to provide whole-person care to people struggling with addiction. The role involves providing treatment of substance use disorders, medication-assisted treatment, and comprehensive medical and mental health services to members. The ideal candidate will be a caring, dedicated professional with strong communication skills and a desire to help others.

Requirements

• New Hampshire License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active DEA in states in which you hold a license
• Several years of experience in the practice of addiction medicine or psychiatry, primary or urgent care
• Strong affinity with and compassion for people and communities suffering from addiction
• Willingness to travel locally in New Hampshire
• Providers should be fully prepared for a hybrid work model: spending a portion of time seeing members virtually but also being mobile and willing to see members at any of our New Hampshire partner locations.
