Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Finance team! This person will be responsible for completing the end-to-end accounts receivable process in a timely, efficient, and detailed manner.
Requirements
- Maintain and organize all customer records
- Process all customer invoices and credit memos
- Collect and process payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
- Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails
- Research, track and resolve any accounts receivable issues
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Review and enter new customer information
- Assist AR Specialist and CFO with financial audits if required
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team
