Job Description
Responsible to direct and assist the Maintenance department and be in charge during the absence of Director of Maintenance. Assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the maintenance department.
Requirements
- High School education or G.E.D.
- Four years minimum general maintenance experience
- Valid class “B” driver’s license
