The Beverly Farm Foundation operates a planned community designed to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. With nearly 300 residents, the foundation offers a range of housing options—including cottages, group homes, and apartments—alongside comprehensive services such as medical care, therapies, and a variety of recreational activities. A distinctive feature of the community is its equestrian center and recreation facilities, which foster physical and social engagement. By integrating residential, therapeutic, and leisure opportunities, Beverly Farm empowers residents to pursue meaningful, independent lives within a supportive neighborhood setting.
