Maintenance Operator B

Maintenance Operator “B” responsible for preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, general trouble shooting in their assigned areas, and completion of proper preventive maintenance forms.

Requirements

• Check all faucets and repair as needed
• Check all drains and clean as needed
• Check all stool for proper working condition and repair as needed
• Check all showers for proper working condition and repair as needed
• Check all bathroom and plumbing fixtures and caulk as needed
• Check all lights, light fixtures, switches, and covers and replace as needed
• Check all outlets and covers and replace as needed
• Check all exhaust fans for proper working condition and repair or clean as needed
• Check all registers and cold air returns and replace or clean as needed
• Dryer vents clean as needed
• Check all fans for proper operation and repair and clean as needed
• Check walls for holes, cracks and repair as needed
• Check doors, doorstops, latching devices and door closures, door alarms and repair as needed
• Check baseboards, floor tile and replace as needed
• Check all electrical cords on appliances and repair as needed
• Check exterior and interior for touch up painting as needed
• Check all windows and screens for damage and repair as needed
• Check fire alarms, smoke detectors, emergency lights, pull stations and fire doors
• Perform routinely Fire Alarm Test and Quarterly Evacuations Test
• Transport Clients and Staff to Local Hospital
• Fuel all Beverly Farm Authorized vehicles
• Clean or replace furnace filters as needed
