Job Description
BeWunder is seeking a Project Manager Electrical Systems to join their growing team in Berlin or Munich. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of electrical systems in innovative, global projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate between various stakeholders, contributing to scaling up a rapidly growing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in technical and commercial project management, ideally in the field of electrical systems and power transformers.
- Strong knowledge of project management, electrical systems design, installation, commissioning and power transformers handling.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Familiar with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC, VDE).
- Understand AVL systems integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Flexible to meet project requirements with a combination of office-based work and on-site project supervision.
