Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a lead visual designer
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and visual design systems
• Motion design experience a strong plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating deep experience translating big, conceptual ideas into compelling designs
• Strong client-facing presentation skills
• AI-curious with a strong interest in AI creative tools, workflows, and optimisation
