Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Project Lead for Information Technology & Software Applications to manage a complex customer-facing technology solution. The role involves overseeing facility management, projects, space planning, energy, and business analytics technologies. This position involves business unit interaction, system development, process automation, and client communication, ultimately impacting the BGIS account and IT department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- 5+ years in software development with enterprise application architecture
- Business acumen and financial acumen
- Strong relationships-building skills with client representatives
- Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience in real estate or facilities management is a plus
- Software Development BA/Dev/QA skills
