Job Description
BHI Senior Living Inc. is a faith-based organization that provides care and service to older adults. We are looking for an LPN to provide nursing services in the patient’s home in accordance with agency standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana
- Two years of experience in home health care or related health field (preferred)
- Car with required proof of insurance coverage and an Indiana Driver’s license
