Job Description
We are looking for a Project Accountant with a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to be part of a team to join our Special Projects Division in Boise, ID. The right person will have experience working in accounting underneath a General Contractor and strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 2+ years of experience in accounting for a commercial construction company
- Experience with Trimble Viewpoint is a plus
- Experience working with State contracts is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task across different problems
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of the construction industry, project accounting, project management, with an aptitude for numbers
