Job Description
The Data Product Manager leads through passion and enthusiasm for creating customer experiences that build upon knowledge of the data flow across the clients product suite and ecosystems.
Requirements
- Quickly grasp and understand the clients product and services ecosystem
- Balance the strategy, governance and implementation of anything data related
- Collaborate closely with the CRM, product and service teams
- Apply knowledge of AI and ML to define data products, schemas and models
- Translate the requirements of large data initiatives into smaller, agile-based stories
- Define a roadmap that comprehensively outlines the data requirements for new feature development
- Understand the customers experience by continually immersing yourself in feedback and sentiment data
