Job Description
Develops and implements optimal manufacturing processes, improves production efficiency, and coordinates manufacturing launches for new or revised products. Evaluates and suggests engineering improvements to increase plant efficiency. Performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1-3 years of welding and metal fabrication experience
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making skills and results-driven approach
- Lean Principles: Problem Solving, Flow, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, 5S
